Shipping policy

MiniMate offers free standard shipping within the United States. All packages ship within our 1 business day handling time. Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 days on the East Coast/ Midwest and 4-7 days for the West Coast. Shipping internationally generally takes 7-10 business days. We ship our packages with both UPS and USPS- depending on the destination. Occasionally, carriers can tend to experience delays. MiniMate takes no responsibility for carrier delays. If a package is lost in transit kindly contact us and we’ll be glad to open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. International buyers are responsible for any and all customs, duties taxes and brokerage fees to be paid to the courier or government. Please contact your local customs office with further inquiries. MiniMate assumes no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or any and all other charges requested or required by destination countries. Note that Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Protectorates, and international locations may incur additional charges.
